Ken tries to push congestion charging onto Bexley
Following concerns expressed by Bexley Council that the new Thames Gateway bridge could worsen congestion in Bexley town centre, Ken Livingstone has suggested Bexley should introduce a congestion charge scheme.
Bexley council leader, Chris Ball, is having none of it:
"A congestion charge would be a major dsiincentive to investment both inside and on the edge of any zone."
